About CBM
CBM (registered as CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V.) is an international development organisation committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the persons communities of the world. Based on our Christian values and more than 100 years of professional expertise, we address poverty as a cause and a consequence of disability. We work in partnership to create an inclusive society for all.
To reinforce our HR Learning and Organisational Development team, we are looking for a working student with immediate effect, based in our Bensheim office. The maximum working hours are 19.5 h per week.
These are your responsibilities
- Participant and course administration on our digital learning platform (Learn365)
- Supporting the course content development process in our digital content creation tools (EasyGenerator, Camtasia)
- Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of trainings
- Supporting administrative tasks related to the transition to a new HRIS
These are your qualifications
- Regular student at university in a relevant field such as Digital Learning, Business psychology, Human Resources or similar
- Professional proficiency in English and French (German is desired), written and verbal
- Very good communication skills
- Practical knowledge of standard Office365 applications, including SharePoint
- Confidence in using various digital platforms
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Willingness to work in a remote team
- Identification with the Christian values and the mandate of CBM
